Logistics Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

This full-time Supply Chain & Logistics Officer position is based in Karachi, Pakistan. The role focuses on coordinating procurement, controlling inventory, following up with vendors, tracking shipments and handling logistics documentation to ensure timely and cost-effective material delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities and maintain accurate purchase records.
• Control inventory levels and update inventory records.
• Follow up with vendors and freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track shipments and manage logistics documentation, including import/export paperwork.
• Liaise with warehouses, suppliers and internal departments to streamline material flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–1+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and local logistics processes.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage inventory records and delivery schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between PKR 40,000 and PKR 45,000.
