Luxury Concierge and Client Relations Specialist

About the role

A well-established luxury transportation and hospitality organization is hiring a polished, professional and highly organized Client Relations & Luxury Concierge Specialist to join its team in Bahria, Islamabad. The specialist works with luxury hotel concierges, executive assistants, event planners, travel managers, private aviation professionals, corporate clients and VIP travelers to coordinate ground transportation in New York and around the world. The role suits someone who enjoys hospitality, building client relationships, problem-solving and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate transportation requests by phone, email and web-based platforms
• Gather and accurately enter passenger, flight, pickup, destination, vehicle and special-request information
• Create, modify and cancel reservations
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the reservation process
• Coordinate with dispatch teams and professional chauffeurs to ensure seamless service
• Handle last-minute changes, flight delays, itinerary adjustments and special requests
• Monitor active reservations and proactively address potential service issues
• Maintain detailed and accurate reservation records and notes
• Follow up on client requests and help resolve service concerns quickly, professionally and with discretion
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and hospitality partners
• Deliver a consistent five-star service experience from the first request through completion

Required profile

• 1 year of hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to anticipate needs, pay attention to detail and communicate professionally
• Willingness to work in person
