Maintenance Engineer – Mobile Phone Repair

About the role

Vivo Pakistan is seeking a diligent Maintenance Engineer to join its Karachi team. The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing mobile phones received from customers and distributors, ensuring high‑quality service and timely communication.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and manage mobile phones sent for repair.
• Communicate repair status and address queries from customers and distributors professionally.
• Study and apply specialized technical documentation related to mobile phone technologies.
• Perform precise troubleshooting and repairs to meet customer expectations.
• Support management by providing feedback on technical issues and assisting with performance‑enhancing tasks.
• Temporarily cover for service consultants to maintain uninterrupted service.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills for professional customer interaction.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to address technical challenges independently.
• Willingness to support management and contribute to operational performance.
