Maintenance Manager - Food Production Equipment

About the role

Super Crisp is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the upkeep of its snack production line in Lahore. The role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership, ensuring all equipment runs safely, efficiently, and complies with strict food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for fryers, extruders, seasoning drums, ovens, and packaging machines.
• Lead rapid troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic failures to minimise downtime.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of recurring issues and implement engineering solutions.
• Coordinate shutdown, cleaning and hygienic hand‑over of machinery with Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams.
• Schedule, assign and supervise four maintenance technicians and external contractors.
• Manage critical spare‑parts inventory (heating elements, sealing jaws, knives, sensors).
• Develop and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance management within food‑processing or similar industrial environments.
• Hands‑on leader capable of guiding a small technical team.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and allergen‑control requirements.
• Ability to plan work, manage inventory and enforce SOPs.
