Management Trainee / Analyst – Sales Effectiveness

About the role

At OLX Pakistan, the commercial team is seeking ambitious and analytical individuals to join as Management Trainees / Analysts focused on Sales Effectiveness. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals who want to develop expertise in business operations, analytics, revenue operations, and commercial strategy within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly business reports and support tracking of sales KPIs such as revenue, collections, productivity and operational performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities; maintain dashboards and drive reporting automation.
• Assist in execution of operational review mechanisms, performance governance routines and coordinate with sales teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives, operational projects and maintain operational trackers and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, HR, Product and Operations to follow up on action items and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
