Management Trainee - Demand & Distribution

About the role

The Management Trainee – Demand & Distribution will support demand and supply fulfillment activities, ensuring product availability and efficient order processing. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the trainee will help monitor inventory, track service levels and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support demand planning, supply chain strategy and distribution optimisation initiatives.
• Analyse demand, inventory, service level and operational performance trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve service levels and inventory efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and operational analyses for management decision‑making.
• Coordinate daily operations with Warehouse, Planning, Finance, Sales & Marketing and distributors.
• Assist in inventory management, stock availability monitoring and distribution performance tracking.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects on forecasting, process automation and continuous improvement.
• Support payment reconciliation and maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Required profile

• BBA degree.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain, demand planning, distribution or logistics.
• Relevant internships or academic projects are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
