Management Trainee Officer - Corporate Sales

About the role

This position is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to start a career in sales and business development. You will engage with corporate clients, architects, consultants, developers and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and identify business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team in generating leads, developing new business and managing existing client relationships.
• Participate in the full sales cycle: client meetings, presentations, quotations, negotiations, order booking and project hand‑over.
• Coordinate with Design, Costing, Production, SCM and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, tenders and presentations.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, market trends and upcoming opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of project costing, margins, timelines and commercial decision‑making.
• Work closely with Operations to translate customer commitments into effective execution.
• Handle customer queries professionally and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• BBA in Marketing, Sales Management, Supply Chain, Operations or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate to one year of experience.
• Genuine interest in building a career in sales and business development.
• Confident and professional communication with clients.
• Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships.
• Commercial mindset with a target‑driven attitude.
• Willingness to learn operational and technical aspects of projects.
• Proactive, energetic, curious and able to take on challenging assignments.
