Management Trainee Officer – International Agent Development

About the role

The Management Trainee Officer will support ACB Logistics in expanding its international freight forwarding network. The role focuses on building relationships with overseas agents and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential freight forwarding agents worldwide and support network expansion.
• Draft professional emails, conduct follow‑ups, and coordinate online meetings with international partners.
• Research target markets, maintain databases of agents and leads, and monitor market opportunities.
• Assist in presenting ACB Logistics services, generate shipment inquiries, and track outreach activities.
• Learn fundamentals of international freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or final‑year student in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, International Business or related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong research, organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Interest in freight forwarding, international trade or logistics.
