About the role
We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer – Sales to join our FMCG sales team. In this entry‑level position you will support the sales function, gain hands‑on experience across the full sales cycle and develop a solid foundation in market coverage and customer relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies and developing market coverage.
- Support territory management, monitor sales performance and track key performance indicators.
- Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product availability and execute trade‑marketing activities.
- Maintain sales reports, ensure customer satisfaction and participate in retail execution and inventory management.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or candidate seeking a career in sales within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
