Management Trainee – Sales, Operations & Finance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our Karachi office. The successful candidate will rotate through Sales, Operations and Finance departments, gaining hands‑on experience while supporting daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with client outreach and order processing.
• Support operations staff in logistics coordination and documentation.
• Participate in finance tasks such as invoice verification and basic reporting.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to cross‑functional projects.
• Provide administrative support using MS Office tools.

Required profile

• High school graduate, aged 18‑20.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
• Eager to learn and willing to train in multiple departments.
• Fresh graduate status welcomed.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
