About the role

The Manager, Background Screening, KYC and Due Diligence leads the investigative and third‑party risk management function for CRI Group’s Pakistan office. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures high‑quality, confidential case delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned client accounts, managing communication, onboarding, and service continuity.
• Maintain SLA compliance, scope adherence, and quality standards for all investigative work.
• Allocate daily cases, plan resources, and monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, productivity, and quality indicators.
• Prepare and present technical and operational materials for client meetings, proposals, and reviews.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities through dashboard analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure integrated, high‑quality client servicing.

Required profile

• Mid‑to‑senior operational leadership experience in investigations, compliance or risk management.
• Proven people‑management and team‑development capabilities.
• Strong client‑relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality, quality standards, and operational discipline.
