Manager Business Continuity

About the role

The Manager Business Continuity will support the Head of HSSE in maintaining and updating the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and will create independent continuity plans for new Strategic Business Units (SBUs). The role also assists in identifying and mitigating operational risks across JazzWorld.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Business Continuity Plans for each SBU.
• Assist the Head of HSE & Security with continuity projects and documentation.
• Identify operational risks in each division and record them in the Risk Register.
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses and calculate RTOs, RPOs, etc.
• Design risk mitigation plans and organise drills and exercises.
• Collaborate with Technology to keep recovery plans current.
• Work with Cyber Security and Data Protection teams to capture related risks.
• Monitor emerging threats and assess their impact on JazzWorld.
• Support internal and external audits and liaise with clients on continuity requirements.
• Prepare presentations and infographics for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Business graduate, preferably an MBA.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in business continuity or risk management.
• Strong presentation, communication, report‑writing and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security and Data Protection principles.
• Keen eye for early threat identification.
• Interest in geopolitics and geo‑economics.
