Manager - Cash & Collections

About the role

PTCL is looking for a Manager to oversee its collection operations, banking arrangements and treasury transactions. The role ensures timely fund realization, accurate financial reporting, regulatory and contractual compliance, and effective resolution of banking issues, while optimising cash flow, improving collection channels and strengthening the security of financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily corporate collection operations, collection accounts and banking channels to realise funds on time and convert cash efficiently
• Ensure compliance with standing instructions, fund-routing requirements and regulatory policies, keeping accurate records, backups and audit readiness
• Resolve banking and transactional queries, reconcile inflows and outflows, verify refunds and reversals, and check bank charges and postings
• Maintain and review collection agreements, including legal and contractual compliance and periodic reviews
• Produce timely collection reports, monitor bank transactions in real time, reduce unidentified receipts and integrate digital collection channels via H2H APIs
• Execute treasury projects, special assignments and ad hoc initiatives

Required profile

• MBA, BBA, BSc Accounting & Finance, CA Part Qualified, Qualified ACCA or another accounting qualification
• Competencies: hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, basic data analysis and problem solving
