Manager Customer Engagement & Business Continuity

About the role

The Manager – Customer Engagement & Business Continuity (DR/BCP) leads end‑to‑end customer interactions for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity services. You will ensure customers are prepared, confident, and fully adopt DR solutions by aligning technical capabilities with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships for DR and BCP services, serving as the primary point of contact and providing proactive communication.
• Assess customer continuity requirements, understand critical processes, and collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet RTO and RPO targets.
• Lead onboarding and readiness activities, ensuring environments are configured, documented, and operationally prepared.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute DR drills, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify automation opportunities for reporting, governance, and operational processes to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities and maintain governance and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing customer engagements for Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity services.
• Strong ability to translate business continuity requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of leading onboarding, readiness assessments, and DR drill execution.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
