Manager Customer Engagement & Business Continuity

About the role

We are looking for a Manager of Customer Engagement & Business Continuity to lead our Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) services. The role will act as the primary liaison with customers, ensuring they are prepared, confident and fully adopt our DR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer relationships for DR and BCP services, providing proactive communication and regular service updates.
• Assess customer continuity requirements, understand critical processes and risk profiles, and work with technical teams to design solutions that meet RTO and RPO targets.
• Lead onboarding and readiness activities, ensuring customer environments are correctly configured, documented and operationally prepared.
• Plan, coordinate and execute DR drills with customers and internal stakeholders, capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and governance, standardise processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud and other cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing customer engagement for DR/BCP services or similar technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of business continuity concepts, RTO/RPO, risk assessment and solution alignment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of driving adoption and satisfaction.
• Ability to lead onboarding, readiness checks and drill execution in a structured manner.
• Analytical mindset focused on process optimisation and continuous improvement.
