Manager Departmental Integration & Workflows

About the role

This role is responsible for developing, documenting and streamlining inter‑departmental workflows, defining departmental roles and responsibilities, and ensuring effective coordination and seamless execution of business processes to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document workflows between departments to ensure smooth coordination, clear handovers, and efficient execution of activities.
• Define and document the scope, roles, responsibilities, and key deliverables of each department.
• Identify dependencies between departments and establish clear responsibilities, timelines, and accountability.
• Conduct periodic reviews of departmental workflows to identify bottlenecks, gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and facilitate improvements to strengthen cross‑functional coordination and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with department heads to implement improvements and monitor progress against action plans.
• Assist department heads with day‑to‑day operational coordination, follow‑ups, documentation, and assigned tasks.
• Prepare periodic progress reports highlighting issues, actions, pending matters, and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in organizational workflow development, departmental role integration, inter‑departmental coordination, process management and business operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, process documentation, analytical thinking and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, follow‑up and reporting abilities.
