Manager Network Security

About the role

easypaisa digital bank is seeking a Manager Network Security to design, implement and maintain a secure network infrastructure that protects critical banking systems and data. The role ensures alignment with State Bank of Pakistan cybersecurity guidelines, international standards and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, WAF, IDS/IPS, load balancers and DDoS protection solutions.
• Oversee network monitoring, incident response, threat management and SIEM alert handling.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, remediation activities and regular security audits.
• Maintain network segmentation, SD‑WAN, NAC, proxy servers and authentication infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce network security policies, procedures and configuration baselines.
• Manage multi‑vendor equipment (Cisco, Huawei, Sophos, BIG‑IP, etc.) and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, information security and compliance teams on security projects.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of hands‑on experience in network security and WAN/LAN engineering.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching and network hardening.
• Proven ability to lead security initiatives and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
