Manager Solution Design & Delivery

About the role

PTCL is seeking a senior leader to provide technology leadership and design consultancy for ICT infrastructure solutions, supporting sales and delivery teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect compute infrastructure solutions aligned with customer requirements, supporting sales and technical teams in solution positioning and RFP win rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, OEMs, partners and internal teams to drive ICT business growth and develop competitive solutions.
• Lead solution design and consultancy for complex, multi‑domain ICT projects, ensuring clear technical scope, resource management and stakeholder alignment.
• Enable enterprise, carrier and SME sales teams through technical training on architectures, product features and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecom, Computer Engineering or equivalent; MBA/MS preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in ICT infrastructure design, consultancy and sales enablement.
• Strong service consultancy, partner collaboration and technology leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with OEM server build configurators and server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux distributions).
• Advanced virtualization concepts including VDI, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Storage architectures (SAN/NAS) and hyper‑converged infrastructure (HCI).
• Cloud infrastructure services (IaaS/PaaS) from AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
