Manager Umrah Operations

About the role

Dar Al Maqaam Travel & Tours is looking for an energetic, customer‑focused Manager Umrah Operations to lead daily Umrah and travel activities from its Gulberg Greens office in Islamabad. The role combines operational oversight, team leadership and close collaboration with sales, finance and customer support to deliver seamless experiences for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Umrah operations, including package creation, visa processing, ticketing, hotel reservations and ground transportation.
• Supervise and mentor operational teams, monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, travel industry regulations and airline fare rules.
• Handle complex international and domestic flight reservations, re‑issuances, cancellations and refunds using GDS platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, ticketing, finance and customer support to align operational delivery with business goals.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Umrah/Hajj operations or similar travel management.
• Proven ability to build, manage and lead operational teams.
• Strong understanding of visa processing, hotel bookings and international travel logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bitrix or similar international CRM.
• Mastery of GDS systems and technical knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo and Hitit.
• Understanding of BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan), airline policies and fare rules.
• Experience in an international call‑center environment.
