About the role
Punjab Beverages Company is looking for a Market Development Executive to manage distribution and drive secondary sales in the assigned city. The successful candidate leads a team of PSRs and distribution staff, achieves sales targets through KPIs and ensures every customer is properly supplied. Positions are based in Faisalabad, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Sargodha, Bhalwal, Khushab, Jhang, Okara and their suburbs.
Key responsibilities
- Distribution handling
- Achieve secondary sales targets by meeting KPIs
- Manage a team of PSRs and distribution staff
- Manage stocks and safety stocks by brand and SKU
- Ensure proper supplies to every customer
Required profile
- MBA/BBA (Marketing)
- 2-3 years of FMCG experience, preferably in the beverage industry
