Marketing Assistant

About the role

Linkers International is looking for a creative, organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to support marketing operations, brand communication and digital content management. The role is based in DHA Phase 1, Islamabad, and is full time and on site. The ideal candidate understands branding, digital marketing, content creation and campaign coordination, and uses modern AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage content across social media, the company website and other communication channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials, campaigns and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies and vendors for timely deliverables.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules and departmental documentation.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry trend assessments.
• Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare basic reports.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, promotional activities and branding initiatives.
• Use AI tools for content creation, research, brainstorming and workflow optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding or digital communications.
• Strong writing, communication, research and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, content development and brand communication.
• Ability to multitask, coordinate teams, manage deadlines and work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and WordPress.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Good eye for design, aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
