Marketing Director

About the role

Reach First, a Canadian software and digital marketing firm, is looking for a Marketing Director to lead its marketing function in Rawalpindi. The role combines strategic digital marketing, data‑driven decision making, and team leadership to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall marketing vision, brand strategy and annual plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, traditional and emerging channels to boost brand awareness and demand.
• Use data, analytics and customer insights to optimise performance and maximise ROI.
• Oversee market analysis, consumer behaviour studies and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid‑media initiatives, ensuring effective budget allocation and lead generation.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing or a related Master’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and data‑driven optimisation.
