Marketing Executive – Healthcare & Aesthetic Services

About the role

We are seeking a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to join a leading dermatology and aesthetic clinic in Karachi. The role focuses on growing the clinic’s brand, managing social media platforms, and driving patient acquisition for specialized skin, hair, and psoriasis treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Coordinate video and photo shoots with doctors, write captions, and edit short‑form videos and reels.
• Design and run targeted digital ads, seasonal promotions, and patient awareness campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to direct messages and comments, handle patient inquiries, and track leads.
• Analyse post and campaign performance, delivering weekly growth reports.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and manage collaborations with relevant influencers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred universities: CBM, IBM, Greenwich, SZABIST).
• 1‑2 years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare or aesthetic clinic marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English and Urdu.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage content shoots and tight deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva.
• Experience using video‑editing apps like CapCut.
• Social media management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
