About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the expansion of sales channels for agricultural machinery across Pakistan, focusing on major crops such as wheat, rice, and forage. The role involves developing key client relationships, achieving sales targets, and enhancing brand influence through targeted promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Expand sales channels for agricultural machinery in Pakistan.
• Develop major clients in wheat, rice, and forage crops and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement market expansion plans, focusing on expanding the network of distributors and agents and improving sales channel coverage.
• Research the Pakistani agricultural machinery market, competitor dynamics, and conduct product competitiveness analysis.
• Participate in local agricultural machinery exhibitions, rural promotions, and other marketing activities; plan product promotions and enhance brand influence.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in the agricultural machinery industry, with a background in market development or sales.
• Solid understanding of the Pakistani agricultural and agricultural machinery market and familiarity with the local distribution network.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and customer relationship‑building ability.
• Experience independently developing markets.
• Ability to adapt to frequent business trips and field operations.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
