Marketing Manager – Performance & Brand Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead performance‑driven and brand‑building initiatives for our furniture portfolio in Lahore. The role blends digital campaign management, social media oversight, and offline branding to generate qualified leads and increase showroom footfall.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to drive lead generation and showroom visits.
• Manage SEO strategy and monitor website performance to improve online visibility.
• Oversee social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with regular content updates and audience engagement.
• Coordinate product and project photo/video shoots, ensuring visual assets meet brand standards.
• Produce high‑quality marketing content such as reels, videos and creatives in partnership with designers and production teams.
• Handle offline assets including brochures, catalogues, signage, vehicle branding and event materials.
• Organise architect, designer and dealer events, exhibitions and expos to strengthen industry relationships.
• Prepare dashboards, monthly reports and ROI analyses for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within luxury or lifestyle furniture brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to track KPIs, cost‑per‑lead and ROI.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with vendors, agencies, photographers and production teams.
• MBA in Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
