Marketing Project Manager / Coordinator (3+ Years)

About the role

ScaleMax Digital is hiring a Marketing Project Manager / Coordinator immediately for its team in Johar Town, Lahore. The role suits someone with hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency, managing international clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping marketing projects on time. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee several digital marketing projects at once, coordinating SEO specialists, content writers, designers, developers and paid advertising teams
• Develop timelines, assign tasks, track progress and monitor deliverables, resolving delays proactively
• Act as main point of contact for international clients, giving clear updates and managing expectations and approvals
• Coordinate SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits and performance reporting
• Prepare weekly updates, meeting agendas, client reports and action items, and keep clear documentation of project requirements and decisions

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and marketing projects
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
• Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence dealing directly with international clients
• Preferred: experience with clients from the USA, Canada, UK or other markets, and previous roles as Marketing Project Manager, Account Manager, Project Coordinator or Digital Marketing Project Manager
