Content Writer (1 Year Experience)

About the role

Keystone Medics provides customized medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for healthcare practices, helping them focus on patient care while billing, compliance and collections are handled by certified specialists. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Content Writer in Lahore who will create clear, engaging and accurate written materials supporting the company's services and brand.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and update website content, service descriptions, blog posts and informational resources on medical billing and RCM.
• Research industry topics and collaborate with internal teams to turn complex concepts into accessible content.
• Proofread materials to ensure consistency, correctness and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Assist in content planning, support marketing initiatives and maintain documentation standards across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional content writing experience, ideally in healthcare, technology or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
• Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines and comfortable working in an on-site team.
• Familiarity with medical billing, healthcare terminology or RCM concepts is an advantage.
