YouTube Content Intern - Account Management

About the role

A company based in Lahore is looking for a YouTube Content Intern to join its content team. The intern will research YouTube trends, analyse channel and video performance and turn data into actionable content insights. No prior professional experience is required; fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Research YouTube channels, videos, trends, topics and audience behaviour.
• Analyse video performance and identify patterns behind high-performing content.
• Study metrics such as views, CTR, retention, engagement, watch time and audience growth.
• Identify content gaps, emerging trends and opportunities for new video ideas.
• Research competitors and understand what works in different content niches.
• Assist in developing data-backed content ideas, titles, hooks and formats.
• Maintain content research and performance reports and share observations with the team.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or final-year student from a reputable university.
• Naturally curious about YouTube, digital content, creators and audience behaviour.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, good research and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Ability to read, understand and interpret data.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
