Marketing & Sales Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

Trio Builder & Developer is looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Specialist to drive lead generation, property promotion, and client acquisition for its real‑estate and construction projects in Karachi. You will blend strategic marketing planning with hands‑on sales execution to increase inquiries, arrange site visits, and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch marketing plans for new and ongoing projects across digital, print, and on‑site channels.
• Create property listings, brochures, presentations, and promotional content that align with brand standards.
• Manage online presence, including social media, property portals, and targeted advertising to generate qualified leads.
• Qualify inbound leads, conduct needs assessments, schedule and lead site tours.
• Negotiate offers, prepare sales documentation, and coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize transactions.
• Collaborate with construction and project teams to stay updated on availability, timelines, and selling points.
• Track marketing and sales performance, maintain lead management workflows, and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or real‑estate marketing and sales, preferably within construction or development.
• Strong understanding of Karachi real‑estate trends, pricing, and regulatory environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, appointments, and follow‑ups efficiently.
