Marketing Specialist – IT Hardware & Services

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven marketing professional to boost brand awareness, generate leads and support sales growth for our IT hardware and service portfolio across Pakistan. The role will focus on promoting printer sales, refilling services and CCTV installations, primarily in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for hardware and after‑sales services.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads to drive qualified leads.
• Create compelling product descriptions, promotional copy, email newsletters and service guides.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to turn customer feedback into targeted offers and packages.
• Manage local marketing activities in Lahore, including vendor partnerships, in‑store promotions and community outreach.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and advertising dashboards, reporting ROI and recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience in B2C/B2B lead generation for hardware or service businesses.
• Familiarity with the Lahore market and ability to coordinate onsite promotions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical features into customer benefits.
