Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive brand and product promotion for Solis across Pakistan, supporting market share growth and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute promotion plans covering media placement, online & offline campaigns, exhibitions and other initiatives.
• Lead implementation of promotion plans to meet brand performance and sales targets.
• Manage social media content, grow followers and engage with communities and industry KOLs.
• Draft press releases, act as primary media contact and represent the brand at international events.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and sales teams to acquire new business and retain existing accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 1 year experience in brand building, PR, media management or exhibition organization.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Forms, PowerPoint.
• Experience in B2B marketing and media management, preferably in the solar industry.
