Marketing Strategist & Brand Engagement Lead

About the role

Eilas Solutions is hiring a Marketing Strategist and Brand Engagement Lead in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, to lead its digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence and drive audience engagement. The position is full-time and onsite, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a salary range of PKR 80,000 to 120,000.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Lead content planning, campaign execution and brand communication.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators on engaging content.
• Build and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimise marketing budgets for ROI.
• Track KPIs, analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and digital growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• At least 2 years in a Team Lead, Supervisor or Marketing Lead role.
• Proven expertise in influencer marketing and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and digital advertising.
• Experience with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools is an advantage.
