Marketing Team Lead – Financial Services

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead to drive growth for a leading client in the financial services sector. The role combines business development, client relationship management, and portfolio oversight within the SME financing market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business for lease finance, term loans, and mortgage finance targeting SMEs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals for senior management and board approval.
• Manage and retain the existing customer portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and policy compliance.
• Follow up on insurance renewals, KIBOR differentials, annual reviews, and other compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits to stay informed about business and industry trends.
• Prepare industry analysis reports and market insights for management.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for disbursement, recovery, and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, banking, leasing, or SME financing.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, credit proposal preparation, and portfolio management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
