MBU Lead – Network Operations & Technical Management

About the role

The MBU Lead will oversee the operational and technical aspects of Jazz’s access network across Hafizabad, Raiwind and Depalpur. The role ensures seamless service delivery, rapid fault resolution and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve faults in Micro‑FLM, OMO‑FLM, B2S‑FLM and related network components, including spare parts issuance and site delivery.
• Conduct quality KPI analysis (NAR, DCR, TCH availability, repeated occurrence sites) and implement corrective actions.
• Provide business and technical support for access/link power requirements, coordinate with planning teams and manage Acceptance Test Plans.
• Oversee inventory and spares management between Huawei warehouses and vendor locations, ensuring timely delivery for fault rectification.
• Act as liaison for sales regional points of contact, manage escalation matrices and lead monthly coordination meetings with OMO and B2S partners.
• Administer NOC portals, service portal tasks (CCMS, ECRF, site locking) and ensure compliance with Telco PM cycles and audits.
• Handle monthly and quarterly invoicing, including reconciliation with B2S and Huawei.
• Develop disaster and HSSE plans, conduct network audits and support Capex planning for upgrades such as MIMO.
• Manage network change and access control processes, including whitelist automation.
• Coordinate FTTS activities and support regulatory reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telecom access network operations and fault management.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in inventory control, spares logistics and vendor management.
• Knowledge of disaster preparedness and HSSE compliance in telecom environments.
