Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our innovative team in Karachi. The role focuses on designing and developing mechanical systems and components, leveraging advanced CAD and simulation tools to deliver high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components that meet project specifications and performance targets.
• Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and simulations using SolidWorks and CFD software.
• Conduct research to improve design processes, materials, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications and design updates.
• Participate in design reviews, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into design methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• At least two years of hands‑on experience in mechanical design.
• Strong academic background with demonstrated research and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industry design standards and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Experience with CFD software.
• Knowledge of prevalent kinematics software.
