Mechanical Designer / Engineer (On-site, Lahore)

About the role

The Mechanical Designer / Engineer will work on‑site in the Lahore District, contributing to the design and development of mechanical systems for civil and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical and mechanical drawings and detailed CAD models.
• Design machines and components, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with civil and mechanical engineering teams and support R&D activities.
• Review project requirements, coordinate with project managers, and refine designs based on field feedback.

Required profile

• Strong technical drawing and CAD skills for precise mechanical documentation.
• Practical expertise in mechanical engineering and machine design.
• Experience in research and development to improve designs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar) and familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective communication and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
