About the role

MED AIMED AI is seeking motivated fresh medical graduates to join as Medical Coder Trainees. This full‑time, on‑site position offers comprehensive training in medical coding, healthcare documentation, and industry standards, providing a solid foundation for a career in health‑care services.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify patient records and medical documentation.
• Learn and apply medical coding and documentation processes.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper maintenance of healthcare records.
• Assist senior team members with daily operational tasks.
• Use healthcare software and computer‑based systems for coding activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and participate in training sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree in MBBS, DPT, Pharm‑DBD, BS Nursing, or other healthcare‑related fields.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
