Medical Virtual Assistant (Night Shift)

About the role

Careception is seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant to support U.S.-based doctor offices and clinics. The position is full‑time, on‑site, night‑shift and focuses on handling inbound patient calls and scheduling appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls and provide basic information.
• Book and manage clinic appointments.
• Guide patients through simple queries.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately.
• Ensure a professional and smooth call experience.

Required profile

• Graduate (preferred).
• 3–4 years experience in healthcare, call centre or telemarketing.
• Strong spoken English with a clear accent.
• Willingness to work night‑shift on‑site.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
