About the role
Careception is seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant to support U.S.-based doctor offices and clinics. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and operates during the night shift, handling inbound patient communications and appointment scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient calls promptly and courteously.
- Book, modify, and confirm appointments for multiple clinics.
- Provide patients with basic information and guidance.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.
- Ensure a professional and smooth call experience throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Graduate (preferred).
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare, call centre, or telemarketing.
- Strong spoken English with a clear accent.
- Willingness to work night‑shift hours on‑site.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
