Medicare Verifier – Healthcare Outreach

About the role

Blue Bells Marketing is looking for Medicare Verifiers to support healthcare outreach and enrollment operations in Rawalpindi. The role involves connecting beneficiaries with appropriate healthcare coverage by providing clear information, verifying details, and ensuring an organized enrollment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Verify personal, eligibility, and coverage information with beneficiaries or prospects.
• Explain verification requirements and next steps in the enrollment process.
• Review submitted data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Record outcomes, updates, and supporting details in company systems.
• Follow approved scripts, privacy practices, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate with outreach and enrollment colleagues to resolve missing or conflicting information.
• Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, attendance, and service‑quality targets.

Required profile

• Clear spoken and written communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong listening, questioning, and customer‑handling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistent data‑entry practices.
• Comfort using computers, customer records, spreadsheets, and basic office systems.
• Ability to follow scripts, protect confidential information, and maintain quality.
• Reliable time management, punctuality, and ability to meet daily performance targets.
• Previous experience in verification, customer support, healthcare outreach, centre operations, or enrollment support is beneficial.
