Mental Health & Psychosocial Support Trainer

About the role

Humanity & Inclusion is seeking a full‑time on‑site Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Trainer based in Islamabad, Pakistan. You will design and deliver high‑quality training programmes that strengthen mental health and psychosocial support services for targeted groups.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt training curricula, materials and instructional methods for MHPSS.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars and mentoring sessions for diverse participants.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, assessing learning needs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with international best practices and organizational standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience facilitating MHPSS trainings and solid knowledge of psychology, mental health and psychosocial support principles.
• Background in psychology, social work, public health or a related field.
• Experience working with humanitarian or non‑governmental organisations is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in culturally diverse and sensitive environments.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local Pakistani languages is an advantage.
