Meta Ads Coordinator – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Coordinator to manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Pakistan while collaborating with our international team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, executing and managing Meta ad campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Handle day‑to‑day ad account tasks: campaign setup, budget allocation, performance tracking and optimisation.
• Coordinate with design teams to obtain creative assets and ensure correct visuals and copy are used.
• Monitor daily performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements in targeting, ad formats, bidding and campaign structure.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate updates and recommendations to clients.
• Develop and manage User‑Generated Content (UGC) scripts and assets to support campaigns.
• Support client onboarding and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta platforms.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a deadline‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
