About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Meta Ads & Sales Manager to lead our paid social efforts at AKUN Creative Marketing Agency in Lahore. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram campaigns that generate high‑quality leads and deliver measurable ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and continuously optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads while maximising return on ad spend.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Scale successful campaigns to support overall business growth.
- Collaborate closely with creative and broader marketing teams to align messaging and creative assets.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation and sales funnels.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance‑driven strategies.
