Mobility Call Specialist – USA Region (On‑site in Lahore)

About the role

Keystone Medics is looking for a Mobility Call Specialist to support its USA‑region clients. Based on‑site in Lahore, you will handle inbound and outbound calls related to corporate relocation and mobility services, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls concerning mobility and relocation requests for USA‑based clients.
• Coordinate corporate relocation cases, track progress, and maintain detailed call logs.
• Analyze mobility‑related data and prepare documentation for internal teams.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess mobility cases and interpret data.
• Good knowledge of global mobility and corporate relocation practices, especially for the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience in a call‑center or similar environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced setting.
