About the role

We are seeking a target‑oriented Sales professional to join our real‑estate sales team. The role is ideal for candidates with proven sales experience in any sector who are eager to build a career in property sales and have strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, digital channels and client visits.
• Identify prospective buyers, understand their investment requirements and present suitable projects.
• Explain project details, payment plans, locations, facilities and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property visits, client meetings and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up consistently, convert prospects into sales and negotiate deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, property prices, competitors and new projects.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, property events and project launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with relevant sales experience; real‑estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Professional appearance and confident, self‑motivated attitude.
• Strong sales orientation with ability to work against targets.
• Good knowledge of the local real‑estate market and ability to build a client network.
