Network Integration & Implementation Engineer

About the role

The Network Integration & Implementation Engineer will lead end‑to‑end deployment of internet, data and voice services for JazzWorld’s enterprise customers. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality, SLA and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and install WAN solutions including MPLS, SD‑WAN, carrier‑grade and enterprise WAN architectures.
• Manage the full service delivery cycle for multi‑vendor CPEs (routers, switches, firewalls, APs) from installation to documentation.
• Provide managed services such as SD‑WAN, SASE, DCN, managed Wi‑Fi, firewall‑as‑a‑service and cloud‑based VoIP solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and customer technical groups to ensure compliant delivery and handle change management.
• Lead software/hardware upgrades, troubleshooting and on‑site support during business and off‑hours.
• Develop and maintain project plans, network diagrams, HLDs, LLDs and keep stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in managed services and system integration for enterprise networks.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols and data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and work under tight timelines.
• Fluent in English and Urdu with solid presentation and reporting skills.

Required skills

• Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, GRE, IPSEC.
• WAN technologies: MPLS L2/L3 VPN, Multi‑homed Internet, SD‑WAN, SASE.
• Network devices: Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei, Juniper (routers, switches, firewalls, APs).
• Security and virtualization: FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, Cisco FTD/FMC, Huawei iMaster NCE.
• SD‑WAN platforms: Fortinet, Cisco Viptela/Meraki, Huawei.
• Project management tools: MS Project, Jira; methodologies: PMI, PRINCE2, Agile.
