Network Specialist – Security & Segmentation

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Network Specialist to strengthen our network security posture across on‑premise and hybrid cloud environments. The role focuses on assessing exposure, defining secure boundaries, and enforcing segmentation policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assess network exposure and map traffic dependencies across sites, servers, cloud platforms, guest and vendor networks.
• Define and document approved network boundaries and design segmentation controls to enforce them.
• Implement and maintain ADVPN, Aruba ClearPass, firewalls, VPNs and NAC solutions.
• Develop east‑west traffic flow matrices, micro‑segment server farms and isolate production from non‑production environments.
• Review and clean up unnecessary routing paths, firewall rules and access permissions.
• Validate approved business traffic and verify that unauthorized paths are blocked.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise network security technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve security issues in production environments.
• Experience working with hybrid connectivity and cloud boundary security.

Required skills

• ADVPN (Adaptive Dynamic VPN) implementation and troubleshooting.
• Aruba ClearPass deployment and policy management.
• Firewall configuration, ACL management and rule optimization.
• VPN solutions configuration and support.
• Network Access Control (NAC) technologies.
• Network segmentation design, VLAN planning and server‑farm micro‑segmentation.
• Azure and Google Cloud networking security.
