About the role
Join DBS Solutions as a Night Shift Customer Sales Specialist, handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with orders, complaints, and sales. You will work from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am, providing professional and friendly support.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media and process orders, refunds, exchanges, and status updates.
- Use sales techniques to retain customers and convert prospects into buyers.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow‑up.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written English with good grammar.
- At least 1 year of sales or customer‑service experience in an international call centre.
- Ability to work night shifts (6 pm – 3 am) and handle pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Fast typing and strong listening skills.
