Night Shift Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Executive to lead our night‑shift hiring efforts. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintain accurate candidate databases and trackers.
• Provide regular recruitment progress reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus drives, and career fairs.
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding of selected candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Fluent English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Experience using ATS platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Zoho Recruit.
