Night Shift Supervisor - Executive Premises

About the role

A Night Shift Supervisor is sought to oversee operations and ensure the safety and efficiency of executive premises during the night shift. The role covers security oversight, coordination of security and support staff, and liaison with maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security and support staff during the night shift, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Monitor security measures, conduct regular patrols and respond to security incidents or emergencies.
• Ensure facilities remain properly maintained and operational, coordinating with maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, security breaches and other night-shift activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for executives during the night shift, addressing their concerns and requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a security or administrative role, preferably in an executive or corporate environment.

Required skills

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
